TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE
For return or exchange, call or write to us and once approved we will schedule a pick at no cost to you. We suggest to take a video/pictures while opening the package in case there is damage.
Once we receive the return product, it undergoes a quality check. Once approved new product will be shipped to you within 10 days from the date of approval from our QC team.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged by you. Medwin will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.
The returned good must contain on labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Medwin reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.
All returns will only be on credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you.
This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.
If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
REFUNDS
All refunds are made by the way of a credit note only. If you wish to return or exchange your order because of one of the reasons mentioned above and approved by our QC team. You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. Validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.
CANCELLATION
We do not entertain cancellation of order after 24 hours from receiving the order. However if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the ordering, you will be refunded for the order placed.
There will be no cash or online payment refund for the cancellation of the order.
You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. The validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.
